Phaplu to Everest Base Camp trek  starts with joyous yet adventurous flight to Lukla. After first day’s camping at Phakding trekkers reach Namche Bazaar which is the heartland of Sherpa people as well. Day 06: Trek from surkhe to Phakding (2,610 m) – 4/5 hours

Day 07: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazzar (3,440 m) – 5/6 hours

Day 08: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazzar.

Day 09: Trek from Namche Bazzar to Tyangboche (3,867 m) – 5/6 hours

Day 10: Trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche (4,358 m)- 5/6 hours

Day 11: Acclimatization day at Dingboche.

Day 13: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,160 m) to Everest base camp (5,316 m) then trek back to Gorakshep- 7/8 hours

Day 14: Trek to Kala Patthar (5,550 m) then trek back to Pheriche (4,200m) – 6/7 hours

Day 15:Trek to Namche Bazzar (3441 meters)  hours. – 6/7hours

Day 16: Trek from Namche to Lukla (2,800 m) – 4/5hours

Day 17 :Fly to Kathmandu

Physical Conditions and Experience Requirements

18 days of phaplu to Everest Base Camp Trekking is considered as moderate. If you jog or perform morning walks regularly then it would not be any problem for you to walk on the trail. However, it is highly recommended that you should start doing mild exercises one month prior to your trekking date. This would help in creating best Himalayan walking holiday experience. Having said that, it should be noted Technical Skill are not needed. The major hurdle is an altitude. Therefore, person having past medical history of lung, heart and blood diseases are extremely advised to consult your doctor before embarking on this journey.

Carry your important medicine:

Medicine is very important if you have any disease you must carry the medicine with you. I mean “prevention is better than care” mountain region we can’t find any health care, clinic, and hospital if there is clinic you may not get according to your problem medicine. So; I humble request please prepare if you are continually taking the any medicine please. It is very important but our company will provide something first aid kid bag normally as headache, fever, stomach problem as diarrhea, cough & cool some bandage, tape & Diamox for high altitude sickness in High Mountain

Trek From Nunthala to Bupsa (2,300 m) – 4/5 hours

Trek from Bupsa to Surkhe (2,290 m) – 5/6 hours

Trek from surkhe to Phakding (2,610 m) – 4/5 hours

Day 7
Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazzar (3,440 m) – 5/6 hours

We continue trekking along the banks of the Dudh Koshi, crossing this majestic river many times on exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. After entering Sagamartha National Park, the trail climbs steeply with breathtaking views. Namche Bazaar known as the Gateway to Everest is home to many quality restaurants, hotels, lodges, shops, money exchanges, internet cafes and bakeries. Namche is one of the biggest villages along the whole Everest trail. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 8
Acclimatization day at Namche Bazzar

Relaxing day in Namche Bazzar.We will spend a day here in order to acclimatize and adjust to the thinning of the air, as well as a short trek where a museum is celebrating the traditional customs of the Sherpa people. Today we hike up the Syangboche Airport around Everest View Hotel. From this point, we can see rewarding views of the Himalayas with stunning sunrise and sunset over the panorama of Khumbu peaks. Day 9
Trek from Namche Bazzar to Tyangboche (3,867 m) – 5/6 hours

Today we trek to Tengboche from Namche Bazzar.The trek continues along the rushing glacial waters of the Dudh Koshi with magnificent views of the mountains. We trek to an altitude of 3860 meters. On reaching Tengboche you will see the local monastery. Inside the monastery are incredibly ornate wall hangings, a 20-foot sculpture of Buddha, and the musical instruments and robes of the Lamas. The group will be taken to observe a prayer ceremony either in the evening or morning depending on how the day’s trekking went. Overnight at Guesthouse

Day 10
Trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche (4,358 m)- 5/6 hours

Wake up early in the moning then having breakfast then trek to Dingboche.From Tengboche the trail drops to Debuche, crosses another exciting suspension bridge on the Imja Khola, and climbs to Pangboche amongst thousands of mani stones. Our uphill trek continues, taking us to the quaint traditional Sherpa village of Dingboche with its exquisite views of Lhotse, Island Peak, and Ama Dablam. We take our time so we avoid getting affected by the altitude. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 11
Acclimatization day at Dingboche.

Today you can enjoy another day for acclimatization. We will have a trip to Chhukung valley via the Imja Khola valley to get a marvelous view of the surrounding mountains, especially Lhotse’s massive south wall, then return to Dingboche in the evening. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 12
Trek to Lobuche (4910 meters) 5 hours

Having breakfast then heading to Lobuche.Today, the trail continues along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier and passes by stone memorials for climbers who have perished on nearby summits.We continue to climb as we are heading to the altitude of 4910 meters at Lobuche which is really just a few huts at the foot of giant Lobuche peak. Some breathing problems may arise today due to the altitude. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 13
Trek to Everest Base Camp (5365 meters) then back to Gorak Shep (5180 meters). 7.30 hours.

Let’s experience the most adventurous day.Its a big and difficult day walk along the Khumbu Glacier and up to Everest Base Camp at 5365 meters, the closest you can get to Mt. Everest without mountaineering equipment. There will likely be a team about to attempt the summit. The view of the Khumbu Icefall from Base Camp is spectacular. We return back to Gorak Shep for the night. Overnight at Guesthouse

Day 14
Hike up to Kalapatthar (5555 meters) early in the morning and trek down to Periche (4200 meters). 7 hours.

Wake up early in the morning then hike to Kalapatthar. Most of morning in this day is spent climbing Mt. KalaPatthar, a small peak (by Himalayan standards) at 5555meters. The ascent is demanding but the climber gets the most magnificent mountain panorama: Everest, the highest point on the planet at 8848 meters, towers directly ahead and on all sides loom the other giants, Nuptse, Pumori, Chagatse, Lhotse and countless others. We make a quick descent to Gorak Shep, a tiny hamlet at 5180 meters then trek down to Periche. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 15
Trek to Namche Bazzar (3441 meters) 5.30 hours.

From Periche we take a slightly different route down to Orsho, then to Pangboche village. Here is the oldest monastery in the region which contains what is said to be the scalp and bones of a ‘Yeti’, or the abominable snowman. Leaving mountains behind us, our descent takes us through Tengboche Monastery at elevation of 3860 meters before continuing back to the town of Namche Bazaar at 3441meters. We arrive back to Namche Bazaar in the afternoon. Overnight at Guesthouse

Day 16
Trek to Lukla (2804 meters) 6 hours

Having breakfast then heading to Lukla where the trek began, which will seem like a lifetime ago; enjoying time to reflect on the trek as a group and the personal achievement of all those who took part and also giving you time to explore the town. Overnight at Guesthouse.

Day 17
Morning flight back to Kathmandu.

Enjoying your last glimpse of the mountains you have recently visited for one last time on the 35 minute scenic flight back to Kathmandu. On arrival in Kathmandu, we will transfer you hotel. Relaxing and buy souvenir. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 18
farewell friend

The journey within the mountains of Nepal comes to an end today!We will transfer you airport as per your flight time.
