Phaplu to Everest Base Camp trek starts with joyous yet adventurous flight to Lukla. This town is the gateway of Everest region and only airstrip of area for food as well as daily needs transportation. Trail passes by tranquil hamlets, numerous suspension bridges and green lush forests before reaching Namche Bazaar. After first day’s camping at Phakding trekkers reach Namche Bazaar which is the heartland of Sherpa people as well. Day 06: Trek from surkhe to Phakding (2,610 m) – 4/5 hours
Day 07: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazzar (3,440 m) – 5/6 hours
Day 08: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazzar.
Day 09: Trek from Namche Bazzar to Tyangboche (3,867 m) – 5/6 hours
Day 10: Trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche (4,358 m)- 5/6 hours
Day 11: Acclimatization day at Dingboche.
Day 12: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,928 m) – 5/6 hours walk.
Day 13: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,160 m) to Everest base camp (5,316 m) then trek back to Gorakshep- 7/8 hours

Physical Conditions and Experience Requirements
18 days of phaplu to Everest Base Camp Trekking is considered as moderate. If you jog or perform morning walks regularly then it would not be any problem for you to walk on the trail. However, it is highly recommended that you should start doing mild exercises one month prior to your trekking date. This would help in creating best Himalayan walking holiday experience. Having said that, it should be noted Technical Skill are not needed. The major hurdle is an altitude. Therefore, person having past medical history of lung, heart and blood diseases are extremely advised to consult your doctor before embarking on this journey.
