Everest 3 High Passes Trek gives you an overall Everest trekking experience. You get to cross three high passes– KongmaLa, Cho La and Renjo La– alongwith opportunity to visit Everest base camp. Ascending towards Gokyo Ri and Kala Patthar gives us breath taking panoramic views of Everest and other surrounding peaks. This Everest Three Pass Trek is considered to be a challenging trek and is preferred by adventure lovers who want to have it all.
Everest three passes trek adventure starts as we board a scenic mountain flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and trek towards Namche Bazar, the home of Sherpas. After acclimatizing at Namche for two nights we follow the popular Everest trail through Tengboche, Dingboche and rest for another day at Chukkung before crossing first high pass of Kongma La at an altitude of 5535m. Then we will be stepping at Everest base campvia Lobuche and Gorakshep followed bya hike upto Kalapathhar for panoramic views of snow capped mountains including Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Amadablam and other neighboring peaks. We continue the Everest three pass Trek via Dzongla before crossing the next pass of Cho La that finally takes us to pristine glacial lakes of Gokyo. We then hike up to Gokyo ri for great panoramic views and make our way towards the final pass of Renjo La. Spending a night at Marlung, we descend towards Namche Bazar, Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu.

Physical Conditions and Experience Requirements
17 Days of Everest three pass Trekking is considered as moderate. If you jog or perform morning walks regularly then it would not be any problem for you to walk on the trail. However, it is highly recommended that you should start doing mild exercises one month prior to your trekking date. This would help in creating best Himalayan walking holiday experience. Having said that, it should be noted Technical Skill are not needed. The major hurdle is an altitude. Therefore, person having past medical history of lung, heart and blood diseases are extremely advised to consult your doctor before embarking on this journey.

Carry your important medicine:
Medicine is very important if you have any disease you must carry the medicine with you. I mean “prevention is better than care” mountain region we can’t find any health care, clinic, and hospital if there is clinic you may not get according to your problem medicine. So; I humble request please prepare if you are continually taking the any medicine please. It is very important but our company will provide something first aid kid bag normally as headache, fever, stomach problem as diarrhea, cough & cool some bandage, tape & Diamox for high altitude sickness in High Mountain
We try to depart on the scheduled itinerary, we cannot promise to guarantee fixed departure only in case of flight cancellation, delays. we request you to plan out extra few days in case the weather does not stay in our favor. Since your safety is our uttermost priority, we also request you to follow your team leaders and your guides’ since they are trained and experienced in this particular area. We can arrange to occupy your day with adventures and exploration activities to utilize the day.
Weather condition in the Himalayas is also subject to change which can be an obstruction during your travels.
